PRESSURE WASHING REMINDER: 
West/Mission Creek Park Elevation
In preparation for the sealant work and repairs on the West/Mission Creek side of the building, and as we notified residents last week, that entire elevation will be pressure washed from the roof down to the park level TOMORROW, FRIDAY 7/7. The crew has also been asked to pressure wash the balcony surfaces in anticipation of balcony re-coating which your Homeowners Association Board is currently evaluating.    

IMPORTANT: If you live on the West side of the building please PLEASE KEEP YOUR WINDOWS AND BALCONY DOORS CLOSED to prevent water from getting inside your unit. PLEASE ALSO REMOVE ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY, FURNITURE, POTS, PLANTS, ETC, FROM YOUR UNIT BALCONY(IES) THAT YOU DO NOT WISH TO HAVE DAMAGED BY THE PRESSURE WASHING OR WOULD PREVENT THE SURFACE FROM BEING THOROUGHLY CLEANED - this is generally everything on your balcony. Since this is short notice for the balcony surface washing, please let us know if you need **any** assistance moving personal items and we will ask the crew to help you.
